Change from coal-fired to gas-fired boiler

Coal is the main fuel in China. The coal-fired boiler takes up 83% of the total. And the coal-fired industrial boiler is our main power equipment. However, the energy waste, smoke, SO2 and NOx emission and other pollutants from usage of boilers are quite serious. These pollute the environment. Under the policy of energy saving and emission reduction, many local governments ask local companies change the coal-fired boiler to gas-fired ones. Such kind of project has features of money-saving, short period, high efficiency and so on.

Implement such a project; we shall obey the rules of not changing pressure parts and reducing the change of original boiler. Take the choice of burner, the quantity of burner, the layout of burner, the anti-explosion measurement and other factors into consideration, we shall carry such kind of project step by step.

It has been approved to be a safe, efficient and environmentally-friendly treating method to treat sick dead animals and has been widely used in foreign countries. Rendering Equipment
The crusher is driven by hydraulic pressure and with single axial. It adopts the imported blade made of high alloy. It could be used to cut the ox horn and other hard materials within only 5 minutes.
It is a kind of pressure vessel and has interlayer and stirring rod. The designed pressure is 1.4MPa and the designed temperature is 200℃. It is used for the sterilization and drying treatment of sick dead animals.
It is used for extract oil. And there are 2 kinds of centrifuge, i.e., sedimentation and disc type. It will separate liquid from solids or liquid from liquid.
It is a kind of special filter which will press materials and separate the liquid. It could effectively press the oil out from materials and the output will be 10% higher than that of domestic press machine.
The bio filter has biomass within it which could absorb the impurities within the exhausted gas. The gas will be sprayed and enter into the bottom of the bio filter and go up step by step to be purified and flitered.
